Kirti is a finance professional with over two decades of experience across investor relations, private equity, affordable housing, investment banking, and equity research. She heads Strategy & Investor Relations at IIFL, serving as the key interface with its global and domestic investors, analysts, and rating agencies. She shapes IIFL's strategic narrative, ensures transparent and consistent disclosures that build shareholder confidence, and drives initiatives supporting the company's growth and capital-market positioning. Previously, she led Co-lending and Strategic Alliances at IIFL, building Rs.10,000Cr+ in co-lending partnerships with leading banks to grow the company as an asset-light entity. Earlier, she co-founded and was a Partner at Brick Eagle, an affordable-housing platform, and served as Research Director at Frost & Sullivan, leading 120+ analysts across B2B industries. She holds an MBA in Finance from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, and has worked as an equity analyst with Geojit Securities and First Global. Outside work, she is engaged in rural upliftment and is a passionate farmer.
