Govind Modani

Mr. Govind is a seasoned finance professional and joined IIFL Group in 2010 as a senior manager and soon elevated to the Group Head Treasury, he leads the Investments and resource mobilization vertical and plays a key role in the organization's financial strategy. He is a member of the ALCO and Risk Committee of the Board and had played key role in set up polices and process of treasury and growth phase of the company. With a diversified background in securitization, bank credit, ECBs, capital, and money market instruments, Govind brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to his current role, Govind was at the Bombay Stock Exchange where he managed the investment portfolio of the company. This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial market. Govind is Chartered Accountant with 17 years of extensive experience in finance. He holds a degree in Commerce from the College of Commerce, Jaipur. His education, combined with his wealth of experience, makes him a valuable to the IIFL Group
