If we see many proposals of FDI, whether it is the Jet-Etihad deal or some pharmaceutical companies that are seeking FDI, they are all stuck in various ministries of the government. Therefore, the current account deficit and the rupee are looking very fragile and that is what is scaring foreign investors at this point of time.
