• The final loan amount depends on the net weight and purity of your gold as assessed at the branch, after deducting stones, wax and other non-gold parts, and on our credit policy.
• Gold rates shown are indicative. For loan purposes, gold is valued as per RBI guidelines, at the lower of the previous day's closing price and the 30-day average closing price for 22 carat gold. This may differ from the rate shown.
• Loan-to-value (LTV) limits follow RBI guidelines: up to 85% for loans up to ₹2.5 lakh, up to 80% for loans above ₹2.5 lakh and up to ₹5 lakh, and up to 75% for loans above ₹5 lakh. For loans repaid in one go at the end (bullet repayment), LTV is calculated on the total amount due at maturity, including interest.
• The interest rate shown is for illustration. Your actual rate depends on the scheme, loan amount and tenure. Interest is shown as simple interest. Processing fees, GST and other charges are extra, as per our schedule of charges.
• If the loan is not repaid on time, penal charges may apply and the pledged gold may be auctioned after due notice, as per the loan agreement.
