નિયમો અને શરત

IIFL ગોલ્ડ લોન સંદર્ભ અને વિન - ઇન્સ્ટા રિવર્ડ્ઝ માટે મૂળભૂત ટી એન્ડ સી

**શરતો અને નિયમો:
  • Customers can win 200 points on Insta Rewards (1 point = 1 Rupee) for each successful referral (reward points for max. 5 successful eligible referrals per month).
  • Referrer will get reward points for a maximum of 5 successful eligible referrals in a month (max. upto 1000 points can be earned in a month).
  • Customer won't be eligible for any reward points / deals if the loan disbursal happens on the same day from lead creation day under Gold Loans Referral Program
  • IIFL ફાઇનાન્સ સાથે ગોલ્ડ લોન ધરાવતા/લેનારા બધા ગ્રાહકો ભાગ લેવા માટે પાત્ર છે.
  • ગ્રાહકો તેમની નજીકની શાખા અને ઓનલાઈન રેફરલ (ઈન્સ્ટા રિવોર્ડ્ઝ પોર્ટલ) દ્વારા રિફર કરી શકે છે.
  • સંદર્ભિત ગ્રાહક IIFL ફાયનાન્સ ગોલ્ડ લોન માટે નવો ગ્રાહક હોવો આવશ્યક છે.
  • સંદર્ભિત ગ્રાહકે રેફર કર્યાના 30 દિવસની અંદર ગોલ્ડ લોન લેવી આવશ્યક છે.
  • રેફર કરાયેલા ગ્રાહકે ઓછામાં ઓછી INR 10,000/- ની ગોલ્ડ લોન લેવી આવશ્યક છે.
  • વિજેતાના પુરસ્કાર અંગે વિવાદ થઈ શકતો નથી. આ અંગે IIFLનો નિર્ણય અંતિમ રહેશે.
  • IIFL ફાયનાન્સ કોઈપણ સમયે આગોતરી સૂચના વિના આ પ્રોગ્રામ પાછી ખેંચી શકે છે.
  • કોઈપણ વિવાદના કિસ્સામાં, IIFL વિવેકબુદ્ધિ અંતિમ રહેશે.
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of the program, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai.
